Extrusion Cutters

The Bonnot Company Offers a Range of Cutting Technology

Bonnot offers three types of cutters in various sizes.

The Rotary Cutter is ideally suited for pelletizing extruded materials directly at the die face. It has a hinge with interlock feature to provide easy access to the cutter head. The cutter head is adjustable with an externally mounted wheel and is designed with air jets to aid pellet dispersion. The Off-Set Rotary Cutter is also hinged mounted and is adaptable to pellets or single profiles. The Guillotine Cutter manufactured by The Bonnot Company can be actuated hydraulically for large, hard to cut materials, or a servo motor for precise cutting of smaller profiles. Both types can be configured with a take-off conveyor with an integrated photo eye to automate the cutting at predetermined lengths.
