We design and manufacture a number of dies to produce customers' specified profiles. Whether you require a simple multi-hole pellet die or something more complex in design, we can supply your needs. The Bonnot Company offers jacketed die holders for temperature control with interchangeable inserts for varying profiles. If you require flat profiles, we offer a jacketed "Fishtail" nozzle with interchangeable plates to quickly change the desired profiles. In some applications, dies with replaceable plastic inserts are more cost effective.
