Simplicity of design and modular construction makes customizing easy and efficient. All Bonnot extruders can be fitted with special options, including interchangeable die plates to give you a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Dies can be designed to fit desired widths. Special wearing alloys can be provided where abrasive materials are being processed. Optional heating/cooling of the extrusion auger and/or barrels is also available. Carefully tailored modifications to our basic proprietary designs can enhance your product results while saving you time, labor, and material.
