As early as the late 1980's when wood composite products were first being developed, many of formulations were created in our test facility. Today there is more wood composite material produced on Bonnot Extruders than any other.

Used for the production of all types of wax-filled logs made from waste products such as sawdust, bark, wood chips, sanding fines, peanut hulls, and other combustibles.

Handles formulations containing straight chain hydrocarbon waxes, either slack or scale.

Extrudes a strong, well-knit log for easy handling in packaging operations.

Available with either variable speed (adjustable for different packaging speeds)... or constant speed (for automatic packaging).
