Rubber

We've expanded our product offerings to include a line of rubber feeders. We've enhanced our dual-drive, horizontal design, currently utilized extensively in the mastics market, to process very tough rubbers. We now have 4", 6" and 8" models and recently introduced a 2" size for lower output requirements.

The technology can process an entire bale – the most common standard size – and introduce the rubber in a controlled fashion directly into a compounding extruder. Various rubbers are utilized in the production of compounds to add characteristics, such as flexibility, to the final product.
