Pelletizing

Pelletizing extruders are available in 2" size increments from 2" to 20" and are ideal for use where moisture contents reach 10 to 75 percent.

Our pelletizing extruders are designed specifically for the purpose of transforming bulk materials into pellets of uniform size to meet customer specifications.

Made to handle granular or otherwise easy-to-feed materials, our Cold Forming extruders are simple in design and cost effective.

When processing sticky or difficult-to-feed material, our Twin Packer design offers worry-free operation through advanced hopper design. Two counter rotating packers in the feed throat reduce the likelihood of material bridging.

All machines are available in carbon or stainless steel and capacities range from 10 lbs. to 15,000 lbs./hr. Other options are also available such as auger and barrel temperature control, custom auger and die design, and rotary cutter.

Bonnot Extruder sizes are identified by extrusion auger diameter.
